Agni Namaskar

 

Together we will embark upon a progression through Agni Namaskar to cultivate our connection to the fire and the activation of our instinctual body.  This practice focuses on building strength in the core, upper body, and cultivating unwavering stability at the base of the body. 

AIR

Hridaya Namaskar

Together we will enjoy a progression of opening and stabilizing to cultivate our connection to the activation of our heart presence. 

Through the  Hridaya (air) namaskar, and a bandha based approach to liberated backbends we will slowly and effectively embody the healing power of the heart.

All Practices are one hour from 5:45-6:45 on Monday evenings starting June 8
